Today was plyometrics or jump training. I could only do half of the DVD. My legs are shaking and I've gracefully fallen down the steps a few times :) My legs are killing me, my entire body hurts BUT I can feel every muscle (in a good way) I can feel the tenseness and it feels like I'm toning up. Of course I can't see anything now but itll come I'm sure.
