I Can


Somehow I ended up being a runaway girl
Destined to leave my footprints on this world.
I've got a little girl Dixie soul with a broken heart that some boy stole.
Missing pieces don't slow me down of dare contain my fire.
I've got a passion for life and wide eyed wild desire.
I can press on and be strong. Just keep on keepin on.
I can fly with a broken wing. The higher I fly the more I sing.
I can carry your memory around with me forever if I want to.

I've made my share of thoughtless mistakes,
Making wrong turns no matter which path I take.
I do my things my own damn way. Bending the rules, refusing to stay.
The good Lord never leaves my rebellious side.
With his helping hand and his guiding light.

I wouldn't be who I am if it wasnt for what I've done. I've broken hearts and let you down but I'm strong and I'm free and nobody's gonna break me.

p90x day 3

^^ Basically how I felt trying to do yoga. ^^
My whole body still hurts but yoga made me melt. Once again I couldnt do the whole dvd (I actually got bored before I just couldnt physically do it) but I did watch for awhile afterwards to learn the next couple moves for next Wednesday. I'm loving this! I'm not even kidding.The pain is real, the workouts are intense and I'm super excited to see how long it takes to get to my goal.
Goal being to NOT look like a cow doing yoga!!

p90x day 2

Today was plyometrics or jump training. I could only do half of the DVD. My legs are shaking and I've gracefully fallen down the steps a few times :) My legs are killing me, my entire body hurts BUT I can feel every muscle (in a good way) I can feel the tenseness and it feels like I'm toning up. Of course I can't see anything now but itll come I'm sure.

Hips: 35 inches
Arms: 11 inches
Thighs: 21 inches
